1. Service Description

MedChinaPass ("we", "us", "our") provides medical tourism coordination services, including but not limited to:

  • Free initial medical consultation and treatment recommendations
  • Matching patients with appropriate hospitals and specialists in China
  • Providing cost estimates and treatment plans
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and hospital arrangements
  • Providing bilingual (English-Mandarin) support during your stay
  • Facilitating follow-up care and telemedicine after your return

Important: MedChinaPass is a medical tourism coordination service, not a healthcare provider. All medical treatments are performed by licensed hospitals and physicians in China. MedChinaPass does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into medical treatment contracts
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

3. Medical Information Disclaimer

The information provided on this website and during consultations is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard from MedChinaPass. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate medical history and current health information
  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications
  • Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your medical team
  • Obtain medical clearance from your local physician before traveling, if recommended
  • Purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance (recommended)
  • Comply with all local laws and hospital regulations during your stay in China

5. Costs & Payment Terms

a) Free Consultation

Initial consultation and treatment planning is provided free of charge, with no obligation.

b) Service Fees

MedChinaPass may charge a service fee for comprehensive coordination services. All fees are disclosed upfront before you commit to any service. Our fee structure will be provided in your personalized treatment plan.

c) Medical Treatment Costs

Costs for medical treatments are set by the hospitals and are paid directly to the hospital or through MedChinaPass as an agent. We provide detailed cost estimates before you travel. Final costs may vary based on actual treatment required, as determined by the treating physician.

d) Payment Methods

We accept international wire transfers, credit cards (where available), and other agreed payment methods. Payment terms are specified in your treatment agreement.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Consultation and Planning

No charge applies, so no refund is necessary.

b) Coordination Services

If you cancel before treatment begins, we will refund any advance coordination fees paid, less any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g., hospital booking fees, visa assistance fees).

c) Medical Treatment

Cancellation and refund policies for medical treatments are determined by the treating hospital. We will provide you with the hospital's policy before you commit. In general, deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of scheduled treatment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedChinaPass shall not be liable for:

  • Medical outcomes or complications arising from treatments performed by partner hospitals and physicians
  • Delay, cancellation, or modification of treatment by the hospital or treating physician
  • Travel-related issues including flight cancellations, visa denials, or accommodation problems
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to MedChinaPass.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].

10. Changes to Terms
