The information provided on this website and during consultations is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

By using our services, you agree to:
Initial consultation and treatment planning is provided free of charge, with no obligation.
MedChinaPass may charge a service fee for comprehensive coordination services. All fees are disclosed upfront before you commit to any service. Our fee structure will be provided in your personalized treatment plan.
Costs for medical treatments are set by the hospitals and are paid directly to the hospital or through MedChinaPass as an agent. We provide detailed cost estimates before you travel. Final costs may vary based on actual treatment required, as determined by the treating physician.
We accept international wire transfers, credit cards (where available), and other agreed payment methods. Payment terms are specified in your treatment agreement.
No charge applies, so no refund is necessary.
If you cancel before treatment begins, we will refund any advance coordination fees paid, less any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g., hospital booking fees, visa assistance fees).
Cancellation and refund policies for medical treatments are determined by the treating hospital. We will provide you with the hospital's policy before you commit. In general, deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of scheduled treatment.
